Some background

My experience in the New Zealand public service, and later within a South African Provincial Education office, shaped how I approach system challenges. I’ve seen first-hand how large organisations struggle to turn data into decisions, often because the tools are underused rather than unavailable.

Over the years, I’ve focused on creating solutions using systems that teams already have, building workflows in Microsoft 365, automating processes with Power Automate, and translating raw data into Power BI dashboards that guide real decisions.

This work taught me that the best solutions are not always new or expensive, they’re practical, ethical, and designed for the people who use them. Whether through training, consulting, or technology integration, my aim is to help professionals and organisations use what they have to do better for the people they serve.
